Sustainable Pay: the good, the bad and the ugly

The good thing is that again Corporate Knights included executive compensation as one of its criteria in determining this year’s “Top 50 Corporate Citizens”. It’s also good to see that companies I have advised, and learned from, continue to be recognized as Canadian leaders in sustainability performance management.

Then there’s the not-so-good. As you might know, I have conducted leading research in global and Canadian best practices in ESG (environmental, social and governance) compensation.
